Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive notification with tracking number. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping is free on orders over $50, and a flat rate applies to all other orders.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout- we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us if additional support is needed at customerservice@lucyfordelixir.com.
